Who we are
dirIQ is a software product currently in development. This website is operated to gauge interest and collect waitlist sign-ups ahead of our launch. References to "we," "us," or "dirIQ" in this policy refer to the dirIQ team.
What information we collect
We collect only what you voluntarily provide:
- Your email address, submitted via the waitlist form on this page.
We do not collect your name, company, job title, or any other personal details unless you choose to share them with us directly by replying to our emails.
We also collect standard server logs automatically — these include your IP address, browser type, and the page you visited. These are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes and are not used for profiling or advertising.
How we use your information
Your email address is used for one purpose only: to notify you when dirIQ is ready for early access, and to send you occasional product updates if you remain on the list. We will not email you more than once per month prior to launch.
We do not use your email address for advertising, retargeting, or any form of behavioural profiling.
Who we share your information with
Your email address is stored via Netlify Forms, which powers our waitlist form. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy. We do not share your information with any other third parties.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies for advertising or analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any equivalent tracking script on this page.
If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and use a privacy-respecting tool that does not fingerprint or identify individual visitors.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete your email address from our waitlist at any time.
- Opt out of any future emails by replying "unsubscribe" to any email we send.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we have mishandled your data.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 5 business days.
Data retention
We retain your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until 12 months after our product launches — whichever comes first — at which point waitlist data is permanently deleted unless you have become an active user.
Children
This website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page. If the changes are significant we will notify waitlist members by email.
